We are located in Laureles – Conquistadores, a quiet and safe neighborhood. Just 1 block away you will find Parques del río, a park full of nature you will love! Two blocks away there is a Metro station to move to any place of the city.

Our building design, the air stream that meets in the valley of the Medellin river, and the plants in our facade and gardens help decrease some temperature degrees.
